Lilith McCullough grew up in a small town, in a small business. She started her career working in transportation marketing and then went into nonprofit public relations. This background, along with solid skills in video and graphic design, led her to her current position as Visual Communications strategist with WholeHeart Communications.

“Lilith is an innovator,” noted Christy Ragle, WholeHeart Communications’ owner and lead consultant. “She is constantly looking for ways to improve what we do for our clients. She has a talent for both graphic design and short-form video production, which is already elevating our marketing efforts.”

Lilith started working with the team this fall and hit the ground sprinting. She immediately took on most of the video work and is also managing several social media accounts.

“In every transition and every challenge, I return to one truth: ‘Do Shaol, Do Thuras’ an Irish phrase meaning ‘Your life, your journey’. It is a mantra I live by, serving as a constant reminder of personal strength, resilience, and the power of forging your own path through life’s shifts,” Lilith shared. “I believe every business and organization has its own heartbeat and a message that is entirely its own; my mission is to help you honor that journey by forging a brand that doesn’t just fit in, but stands out with clarity and strength.”

When she’s not working at WholeHeart Communications, Lilith manages the Shore Homestead, a small farm in Randolph County, along with her partner, Luke. Lilith also owns the Krymsun Lens, an on-site photography business. She is an avid animal lover, small business supporter, and also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

“Lilith has faced challenges throughout her life, and she brings a next-level perseverance to her role. Additionally, her knowledge of social media platforms and constantly evolving algorithms helps our clients in that realm,” Ragle explained.
